Cuccumber Dip

Ingredients

    1 cucumber, Peeled and chopped
    1/2 cup plain yogurt
    1 tablesppon chopped fresh dill
    1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
    1 teaspoon rosemary

Directions

Peel and Chop Cucumber. Chop dill and mint. Mix all ingredients together with yogurt. Store in airtight container until read to serve. Great with pita or crackers!
