Introduction

Hubby can't have all the salt in store bought soup, created this fast to prep soup to give him what he wanted with out all the salt. Hubby can't have all the salt in store bought soup, created this fast to prep soup to give him what he wanted with out all the salt.

Ingredients

    Goya dry soup beans - 1 bag
    Mixed/Soup Vegetables - 1 bag
    Other fresh vegetables to taste; summer squash, zucchini, cabbage
    1 bottle Low Salt Tomato Juice or a large can of crushed tomatoes
    Water

Directions

Soak beans over night to soften; put all ingredients in your slow cooker & forget it for about 7 or 8 hours
