8 oz. uncooked spaghetti (I use whole wheat)\
1 1/2 cups broccoli, cut into bite sized pieces
1 sweet red or yellow pepper cut up
1/4 cup onion chopped
1/2 lb smoked low fat turkey sausage cut bite sized
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup evaporated skim milk
2 Tbs. butter
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (I use reduced fat)
Meanwhile in large skillet, brown sausage. Add water in bring to a boil. Add milk, butter and Italian seasoning; cook ans stir until butter is melted.
Drain spaghetti and veggies and return to pot. Add Parmesan chesse and Sausage ixture and toss to coat.
