1/2 cup chopped onion
4 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 cup flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp. chicken bouillon (Note: this is not in the nutrition calculation--I always use the low sodium)
8 oz. carton low fat sour cream, room temperature
3 cups slivered, cooked chicken
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz. can chopped green chilies, drained
1 tsp. chili powder
10 flour tortillas
2. In a large bowl combine 1 cup cooked sauce, chicken, 1 cup cheese, chilies, and chili powder. Mix well.
3. Fill each tortilla with equal portions of chicken mixure. Roll up and arrange in greased 9" x 13" pan. Spoon remaining sauce over tortillas. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
