IntroductionMade with low-fat Bechamel sauce and 1.5 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Made with low-fat Bechamel sauce and 1.5 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
4 potatoes (1 lb. 10 oz.)
1 large onion
1/2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp flour
1 1/2 c. 1% milk
1.5 oz sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
Spray casserole dish with PAM. Layer 1/2 potatoes and 1/2 onion in bottom of dish. Pour over 1/2 of Bechamel sauce. Then repeat layers with remaining potatoes, onions and sauce.
Sprinkle cheese over top.
Bake 1 hour at 400F. Makes 4 large servings.
