Spaghetti Squash

Introduction

Yummy combination of veggies!!! Yummy combination of veggies!!!
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 c Eggplant
    .5 c Green Peppers
    .5 c Onion
    .5 c Mushrooms
    .5 c Firm Tofu
    2 c marinara sauce

    a few chopped baby carrots
    one garlic clove
    a whole spaghetti squash, steamed in oven

Directions

Put squash in oven and cook.

Combine all other veggies in frying pan. Cook with olive oil spray. Add marinara sauce.

EAT!! Makes about 4 servings.
