    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .25 cup, chopped or sliced
    Black beans, .25 cup
    Pinto Beans, .25 cup
    Ground beef, extra lean, 1 oz
    Cheddar Cheese, .25 cup, shredded
    Salsa, 2 tbsp
    *Chips - Doritos - Nacho Cheesier, .5 oz

Directions

Cook ground beef with desired spices and/or herbs - let cool. Combine all ingredients.
