1t olive oil
3 minced garlic cloves
1/4 t red pepper flakes
29 ounces canned black beans, rinsed and drained
1 C Water
Bring to simmer, cook, covered, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes. Season with coarse salt and cilantro, if desired. Serve immediately.
