Ingredients

    2.5 pound 93% lean ground beef
    1 tbsp zadies original
    1 small onion
    1/2 c. sour cream fat free
    8 oz. cream cheese 1/3 less fat
    16 oz. frozen cauliflower
    1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 2%

Directions


Brown beef. Add onion powder, garlic powder, sour cream and cream cheese. Cook and stir until well blended. Cook cauliflower until very soft. Drain. Add to beef mixture. Pour into 8x8 pan, top with cheese and bake @ 350 for 30 min.

    Used 1.25 lbs 93% lean ground beef, 10 oz of cauliflower, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 RF sour cream and 4 ounces of RF chive and onion cream cheese, 1/2 cup 2% cheddar cheese. Also mashed the cauliflower before adding to the meat mixture. It was delicious! (4 servings) - 9/7/10

  • Awesome recipe! Real comfort food. I made some changes, to make it even lighter. I used only 1 lb ground turkey, fat-free Greek yogurt instead of fat-free sour cream, and only 4 oz of the cream cheese. I also substituted McCormick's Salt-fee All-Purpose Seasoning for the Zadies. Loved it! - 1/9/15
