Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 ripe banana
    1/2 cup smart balance light
    3 large eggs
    3/4 cup water
    2 cups white flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
    1/2 cup raisins, not packed

Directions

makes 12 serving.

Beat butter and banana until creamy.
Add eggs and water, beat well.
Stir in dry ingredients;beat until smooth.
Add nuts and raisins.
Spread batter evenly in PAM sprayed 13x9 inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until
knife comes out clean.
Cool and cut into 12 squares.
