Introduction

No one will know that this is made with tofu. I know because when it was served to me, I had no clue. This is yummy. You can serve in cups instead of crust and save more calories. No one will know that this is made with tofu. I know because when it was served to me, I had no clue. This is yummy. You can serve in cups instead of crust and save more calories.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Mori-Nu Silken tofu 12 to 16 oz package
    1/2 cup real key lime juice add a little zest for more lime taste
    1 pack Sugar free fat free vanilla pudding instant pudding mix
    Splenda to taste
    Prepared Graham cracker crust

Directions

Place all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend until very smooth. This usually takes about 4 to six minutes. Place in a pre baked graham cracker crust. Chill for 3 hours or overnight. You do not have to serve in a crust. If you serve as a parfait, you will save at least 150 calories. This makes 8 pie slices or 4 half cup parfaits.
