Introduction

This is awesome spread on Rebbie's Turkey Burger or a wrap made with with Mission Whole Wheat Carb Balance Tortillas , diced leftover chicken or fish and veggies. Ingredients

    1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
    1/4 c. low fat sour cream
    1 1/2 Tbls. lime juice
    1 1/2 Tbls diced green onion
    1/2 tsp dry dill weed
    dash of pepper
    Lawry's season salt to taste

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and combine until smooth. Unused sauce can be refrigerated for several days.

1 serving equals 2 tablespoons.
