3 cups elbow noodles 3 cups 2% milk Chicken or beef boulion cream of mushroom reduced fat 3/4 cup egg beaters 1lb lean ground beef 1 cup chopped onion 3 cups 2% cheese
preheat oven to 350. Boil 4 cups of water with boulion. add elbow macaroni and simmer coverd until slightly tender. cook onions and ground beef. Make liquid mixture of milk, egg beaters,and cream of mushroom soup. layer in a baking dish. 1/2 elbow noodles....then meat mixture ....with the rest of the elbow noodles on top with the remaining broth, then pour liquid mixture on top. Bake for 60 min. Add cheese on top and then bake an additional 10min. or until cheese is melted. makes 8 servings.
