Crock Pot Creamy Beef Noodle Soup

Introduction

A more waist-band friendly version of one of my favorite family recipes. A more waist-band friendly version of one of my favorite family recipes.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 lb. cubed beef for stew
    1 package mushroom gravy mix
    2 cans low-sodium beef broth
    1 can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 small package fresh mushrooms, cleaned and cut into quarters
    1 can low-sodium diced tomatoes
    6 oz. No Yolks dumpling noodles (approx. half a package.)

Directions

Place all ingredients in crock pot and allow to cook on high for 6 hours.

Makes 6 3/4 servings. Is wonderful with a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle of shredded parmesan.
