Whole wheat pasta with tuna and corn

Introduction

For those of you who, like me , cannot live without pasta..but don't forget SERVING SIZE!! you'll want to eat the whole pot just divide it into serving and freeze the rest for another day For those of you who, like me , cannot live without pasta..but don't forget SERVING SIZE!! you'll want to eat the whole pot just divide it into serving and freeze the rest for another day
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 Cups cooked Gia Russa angel hair whole wheat pasta.
    1.5 tbsp brummel yougurt spread
    .25 AP flour
    1 cup skin milk
    1 6oz can white albacore tuna in water
    1 6 oz can sweet corn cream style
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a pot with boiling water cook about 7 oz (uncooked) whole wheat pasta which will yield about 4 cups cooked.

On a sauce pan melt brummel yougurt spread add flour mix well and cooked 1/2 min.

Add milk and stir to thinken . Add tuna sweet corn salt and pepper to taste.

Divide into 4 servings and pour each over 1 cup of cooked pasta.

Makes four 1 cup servings
