Ingredients

    50 grams Porridge Oats
    50 grams cooked apples or other fruit
    5 fl oz (approx) water

Directions

Add 50 g apple plus 50 g cooked apples (or other fruit) to the water in a pan and simmer for about 3 minutes. Alternatively microwave.
