Ingredients

    .5 cup of Plain Fat free yogurt
    .5 cup of any unsweetened frozen fruit
    3/4 c. of flavored soda water(no sodium or sugar)
    1 packet of sweetener (optional)

Add all ingredient and blend in a blender and serve immediately.

You can add the sweetener if the drink is to bitter.
