Tempeh, 6 oz
Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
Onions, raw, 1 small
Garlic, 2 cloves finely chopped
Radish leaves, 1 smal bunch
Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium
*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 2 tbsp
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Heat oil and add onion, cook until soft. Add tempeh, garlic, radish leaves, celery and peppers. Cook until soft.
Add spinach and cook until wilted. Season to taste.
Serve warm. Servings are half cup.
