Introduction

Good for lunch or supper! Good for lunch or supper!

Ingredients

    I had a hard time finding exactly what I wanted on the ingredient list:
    3 12oz cans solid white albacore tuna in water
    3 boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
    3 tablespoons chopped onion
    3 tablespoons dill pickle juice (or vinegar)
    1 1/4 cups Miracle Whip
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Boil eggs and refrigerate. I like to refrigerate my cans of tuna as well to shorten the preparation time.

Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate.

Yields about 5 1/2 cups of tunafish....or 11 half cup servings.
