Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2-3 pounds turkey breast, diced
    2 stalks raw celery, chopped
    3 large raw carrots, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2-1 c. pearl barley, dry
    1 bay leaf
    2 T. dried or fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    6 c. chicken, turkey, or vegetable broth (use low-sodium)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker, cover, and cook on High for 6 hours. Stir, and serve!
