Introduction

This taco salad is great. High in Fiber with two kinds of beans and quinoa. This taco salad is great. High in Fiber with two kinds of beans and quinoa.

Ingredients

    1 lb. hamburger
    3 cans tomatoes in tomato juice
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can black beans
    1 can corn
    1/2 cup cooked quinoa
    taco seasoning to taste
    1/2 onion
    minced garlic to preference

Directions

Cook hamburger with onions and garlic. Add corn, beans, tomatoes and quinoa. Add taco seasoning to taste. Top lettuce with taco salad and chips (if you prefer) and fat free sour cream and cheese. Calories figured only for ingredients in the recipe (not for lettuce, chips, cheese or sour cream.)
