IntroductionMy first home cooked salmon dish and it was easy! The sauce was inspired by several different recipes. My first home cooked salmon dish and it was easy! The sauce was inspired by several different recipes.
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 Tbsp Mayonnaise with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
.5 Tbsp lime juice
1 tsp mustard seed
2 sprigs fresh dill weed, finely chopped
8 oz salmon filet
Mix all ingredients except salmon in a small bowl. Lightly coat salmon with salt and pepper and put in small baking dish. Coat with mixture. Bake for 15 minutes. Salmon should flake easily with a fork.
