Introduction

Using low fat or fat free cheese and turkey will cut the fat in this recipe. Low sdium tomato soup will also lower the sodium content. I was using up items we got on sale. Ingredients

    1.5 cups elbow macaroni
    1 lb lean ground beef
    4 cloves of garlic
    1 can Campbell's tomato soup
1 can diced tomatoes (I used fire roasted)
    1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup broth (I used chicken)
2 cups cheese of your choice

Directions

Boil pasta according to directions on package. Preheat oven to 400*. Spray a pan with cooking spray and cook garlic for about a minute. Add beef and cook until done. Season with S+P and any other seasonings you like. Add soup, diced tomatoes, worcestershire sauce & broth. Simmer until macaroni is done. Combine the "chili" and macaroni in a casserole dish. Add 1 cup of cheese and mix. Top the casserole with the remaining 1 cup. Bake for 10 mins.
