yogurt fruit salad

Introduction

1 3oz box sugar free jello (any flavor)
2 6oz containers of Lite yogurt (match jello flavor)
1/2 cup boiling water to dissolve jello
1 small carton lite cool whip
1 3oz box sugar free jello (any flavor)
2 6oz containers of Lite yogurt (match jello flavor)
1/2 cup boiling water to dissolve jello
1 small carton lite cool whip

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    SF jello
    lite Yogurt
    lite cool whip
    hot water

Directions

Add boiling water to jello to dissolve thoroughly
Add 2 -6oz containers lite fruit yogurt stir till smooth. I use Hyvee brand or ww brand
Add coolwhip folding in till all mixed well

Refrigerate for at least 3 hrs.
May add fresh or canned fruit if you like. Drain well first. Refrig.
