Low Fat Black Bean Brownies

Introduction

These brownies are a great alternative to any chocolate cake cravings! They are moist and flavorful. You can't even taste the black beans. These brownies are a great alternative to any chocolate cake cravings! They are moist and flavorful. You can't even taste the black beans.

Ingredients

    I box Betty Crocker Low-Fat Brownie mix (or any low fat brownie mix)
    1 16 oz can Black Beans
    1/4 to 1/2 can water

Directions

I use one box of Betty Crocker Low Fat Brownie mix
Add one 16 oz can of Black beans with the juice. I add it all to a blender and start pureeing the mix adding 1/2 can of water a little at a time until the mixture has a good smooth consistency. You may have to play with it a little. I then bake at 350 for about 30-40 minutes bepending on your oven. I use a pampered chef ceramic 9 x 13 pan which takes a little longer but the brownies are nice and evenly baked that way. You get a cake like brownie which is moist and gowey.
