Stuffed Cabbage Soup

Introduction

When you don't have enough time to make stuffed cabbage, make stuffed cabbage soup. When you don't have enough time to make stuffed cabbage, make stuffed cabbage soup.

Ingredients

    16 oz Ground Turkey (93% lean)
    2 tsp Garlic Powder
    2 tsp Onion Powder
    1 (26 oz) can of Health Request Tomato Soup
    3 cups Water
    .5 Head of Cabbage, chopped
    2 cup White Rice, long grain

Directions

Brown the turkey with the onion and garlic powder. Add the tomato soup and water. Add the cabbage. Cook cabbage to desired consistency. Add rice and cook until rice is tender. Add extra water as needed.
