Lemon-Tarragon Salmon Steak

Ingredients

    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    3 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
    1 tsp Fresh Tarragon, roughly chopped
    2 tbsp Lemon juice
    Kosher salt & Pepper, to taste
    2 6-ounce Salmon Steaks

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix oil, garlic, tarragon, lemon juice, salt & pepper in a small bowl until thoroughly combined.
Spread mixture evenly over the top of the salmon steaks. Use your fingers to massage it into the fish.
Place salmon on oil sprayed baking sheet.
Roast for 10-12 minutes until fish is cooked through.
Serve at once, garnish with a sprig of fresh tarragon.
