Spicey Ground Turkey

Introduction

A yummy main dish filler. I like to steam sliced zucchini and then put the meat over top for a quick lunch or dinner. Has a little bit of spice to it! A yummy main dish filler. I like to steam sliced zucchini and then put the meat over top for a quick lunch or dinner. Has a little bit of spice to it!
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1T extra virgin olive oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1lb ground turkey
    1T black pepper
    1T crushed red pepper
    1t sea salt
    1t ground cumin

Directions

Saute garlic and onion in the olive oil over medium heat until soft. Add ground turkey and remaining ingredients and cook until meat is done. I like to make sure the ground turkey is chopped up while cooking so that it is the consistency of ground beef. Makes about 5 3/4 - 1 cup servings.
