Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, no skin or bone, or use chicken tenders, can be frozen
2 2/3 cup Minute rice
2 cans Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope Lipton Onion soup mix
1/4 cup dry white wine (optional)
2 1/2 cups boiling water
paprika
salt and pepper
Directions
Mix rice, soups, wine and boiling water in a bowl. Pour into a casserole dish (with a tight fitting lid). Place chicken pieces on top of rice mixture. Sprinkle with paprika, and salt and pepper. Cover, bake at 375 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
