Ingredients

    * Beans, pinto, 6 cup (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    * Garlic, 8 cloves (remove)
    * Chili powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp or 1 packet (remove)
    * Salt, 2 tsp (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * *Cumin seed, 2 tsp (remove)
    * Cider Vinegar, 7 tbsp (remove)
    * *Molasses, blackstrap, 3 tbsp (remove)
    * Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Apples, fresh, 3 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l (remove)
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)

Directions

saute onions in oil with chili powder, cumin, salt, and mustard 8 -10 minutes. Add garlic, saute 5 min more. Add to cooked beans, and add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Place in 9x13 baking dish. cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 for 60 min. Goes great with rice, corn tortillas, or corn bread.
