Crust: 1/2 Cup Water 1 Tbsp Olive Oil 3/4 Cup Bread Flour 3/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp sugar 1 1/4 tsp Bread Machine Yeast or Quick active dry yeast
Sauce: 8 oz Tomato Sauce 1/4 Cup Onion, Diced 1 tsp Olive Oil 1/2 Medium Carrot, Diced 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning 1/2 tsp Parsley Pepper to taste
Toppings: 4 oz Cheese
Place all ingredients for crust in your bread maker and select the dough cycle, do not use the delay setting. For Sauce place olive oil, onion and carrot in small sauce pan and saute until onion is translucent. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. If desired place sauce in blender after has cooled. When bread machine cycle is complete remove dough from bread maker and knead 5 to 10 minutes on lightly floured surface. Move oven rack to lowest position. Heat oven to 450. Grease 12 inch pizza pan. Pat dough into 13 inch circle and pinch 1/2 inch rim let rest about 10 - 20 minutes. Spread toppings over dough. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
