Ingredients

    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Carrots, raw, 1 carrot (7-1/2") (remove)
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 3 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    * Chicken Broth, 8 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    * Bulgur, dry, 1 cup (remove)
    * Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Thyme, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Parsley, dried, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * 18 oz shredded chicken

Directions

Saute vegetables in a little olive oil. Next add remaining ingredients, simmer 45 min.
