4 Tbsp. Margarine
1/4 Cup Flour
2 Cups Fat-Free Milk, Warm
16 oz. Barilla Plus Elbows Pasta
2 Cups Fat-Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup Plain Bread Crumbs
Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour. Stir and heat until it bubbles. Add warmed milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until thick. Add 1 cup of the cheese.
Pour sauce over pasta. Toss gently to coat. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Sprinkle bread crumbs over cheese.
