2 cans 98% fat free cream of chicken soup.
2 cups water
1 pound (16 oz) boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes.
2 large potatoes, cubed
2 medium carrots, sliced
1 Tablespoon dehydrated onions
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
(They added 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms. I don't like mushrooms so left them out of the recipe and calorie count. I also added Tony Chachere's original creole seasoning to taste. If you use this, it will up the sodium, but not the calories).
