Ingredients

    2 Green Peppers
    Onion
    Tomato Sauce
    Brown Rice
    Onion
    Worcestershire Sauce
    Egg
    Salt
    Pepper
    Shredded Cheese

Directions

Clean out peppers
Blanch in boling water for 5 minutes
Combine other ingredients in a bowl
Stuff peppers
Place in 1 1/2 quart baking dish
Cover and bake on 350 for 45 minutes
