Roasted Carrots

    Baby Carrots, raw, 6 large (remove)
    Chicken Broth, 2 fl oz (remove)


Place carrots on roasting pan, season to taste with Salt and Pepper use chicken broth to baste carrots as they roast. Place in hot oven at 400 and cook until done and fork tender.
