SandyB's Beef and Barley Soup

Ingredients

    1 lb cubed beef
    2 cups of cooked barley
    1 baby zucchini
    1 cup diced carrots
    2 large diced potatoes
    8 oz. sliced mushrooms
    1 cup onion
    2 medium tomatoes diced
    1 tsp minced chopped garlic
    32 oz. Wolfgang Pucks All Natural Beef Stock

Directions

Makes 12 - 2 cup servings

Saute' beef, onions, garlic, carrots, and mushrooms until beef is browned and onions are clear. Add about a half pot of water and boil approx. 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients and continue to boil for another hour.

I spice this with sea salt and about a 1/2 tsp of sage.
