Crockpot Brownie Pudding

Super easy and only one dirty bowl! Serves 4-6 depending on how much chocolate I am craving. 1/6 has 102 cals 1/4 has 153 cals. It beats the heck out of Betty Crocker's molten chocolate mini. Ingredients

    1 c Bisquick Heart Smart
    1 c Splenda divided
    3/4 c Cocoa powder divided
    1/2 c Non fat milk
    1 t Vanilla
    1-2/3 c Boiling water

Directions

Spray inside of medium sized crockpot with nonstick spray.
In a bowl, mix Bisquick, 1/2 c Splenda, 1/4 c cocoa powder, milk and vanilla. It will be a stiff batter. Spoon mixture into crockpot and spread out.
In the same bowl mix 1/2 Cocoa, 1/2 c Splenda and hot water. Pour over batter in crockpot.
Cook on high for 2-3 hours. Serve warm. Spoon it out upsidedown so that that warm pudding is on top. Serves 6
