Fat Free Brownies

Introduction

All the delish, none of the guilt! Directly out of the oven, they have a cake-like consistency. Try without the egg white if you'd like a denser brownie (increase yogurt to 1 cup if you do this).

And these are even tastier if you can wait a day. After they are fully cooled, cover with plastic wrap and the next day they have an extra fudgy consistency.

Ingredients

    1 C. sugar
    3/4 C. flour
    1/2 C. unsweetened cocoa
    1 tsp vital wheat gluten
    1 egg white
    2 tsp cornstarch
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    2/3 cup non fat vanilla yogurt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients. Add yogurt and combine until evenly moist (batter will be think). Spray and 8" x 8" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and spread batter evenly in prepared dish. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted at center comes out clean. Cool thoroughly before cutting. Makes 8 delicious fat free brownies.
