Hungry Girl - Egg Nog!!!

Introduction

Insanely good. I don't normally use soy milk but this recipe is amazing and thickens up like real egg nog!! Insanely good. I don't normally use soy milk but this recipe is amazing and thickens up like real egg nog!!

Ingredients

    (5c) 8th Continent Light Vanilla Soy Milk
    (1 packet - small, 4 serving) FF, NSA Vanilla pudding Mix
    (6 tsp/packets) Splenda
    (1 tsp) Rum Extract
    (.5 tsp) Nutmeg

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender on high until mixed thoroughly then refridgerate for a few hours until thickened. For those over 21, add 1oz rum per serving, but don't forget to add the calories too ;-)

  • Allowing the recipe to chill in the fridge is an important part of making it taste like egg nog. I would suggest allowing it to chill over night. - 9/8/10
