One-Pot Salsa Beef Skillet

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef, extra lean
    1 cup Longhorn salsa
    1 14oz Kraft deluxe mac & cheese
    2 cups water
    1 12 oz Green Giant Niblets Corn, thawed

Directions

Brown meat in skillet, drain, Return to skillet. Stir in water, salsa and mac. Bring to broil. Reduce heat to low, cover. Simmer 10 mins or until mac is tender, stirring 2x. Add corn and cheese sauce. Cook 2 mins or until heated through and blended. Ladle into bowls. Sprinkle w/cheese.
