Slow-Cooked Country Style Ribs in Gravy

Ingredients

3 lbs country style ribs
1 cup water
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp vinegar
4 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp ground mustard
1 pouch beef broth
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
Place ribs in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover and cook on high 1 hour; reduce heat to low and cook 3-4 hours longer. Remove ribs to serving platter and keep warm. Thicken cooking liquid for gravy.
