Ingredients

3 or 4 ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup melted butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking SODA
pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups of flour
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degrees . Mix butter and banana in a large mixing bowl. Mix in sugar, egg and vanilla. sprinkle in baking soda and salt. Add flour last, mix. Pour mixture into a buttered loaf pan. Bake 55 minutes. Cool on a rack.
