Easy Chicken Chow Mein

Ingredients

    2 Chicken Breasts, bone and skin removed
    Bean sprouts, 2 cups
    Waterchestnuts, 1 cup slices
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, strips
    Carrot, 1 cup, cut into strips
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Chicken Broth, 1 cup

Directions

Cook chicken fully in a large wok with chicken stock, garlic and ginger.

Once chicken in completely cooked, add remaining veggies and steam on low to medium for 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
