Chocolate Ice Milk w/Truvia

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/3 Cup Cocoa, unsweetened
    18 Packets Truvia (equals 3/4 cup sugar)*
    2 Cups Fat Free Skim Milk
    1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

    *If replacing the Truvia with sugar, use 3/4 cup Superfine Sugar.

Directions

Whisk Truvia & Cocoa in a large bowl. Stir in Milk and Vanilla extract until smooth and lump free. Pour into 8x8 baking pan. Freeze for 1-1/2 hours. Score top & cut into chunks. Place chunks in blender and process until smooth. Pour into container or individual containers and freeze until firm. Makes 4 1/2-cup servings.
