    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 tsp ground Cumin
    1 tsp Paprika

  • So good! I don't buy tahini, so I used natural peanut butter, and used garlic powder instead of roasted garlic. It is delicious with fresh veggies. I will definitely make this again. - 3/10/13

  • This was delicious! I used 1/4 cup of lemon juice; 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper; one garlic clove and some garlic powder and I left out the cilantro. I blended the ingredients with my hand blender and it came out very smooth. I sprinkled paprika and olive oil on top when it was done. Very good and easy! - 4/23/11

  • This has become my 'go to' recipe for hummus! I love the mix of flavors - the garlic, the lemon, the spices all mix perfectly! When I don't have real garlic, I just add some garlic powder and it's still great! Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe! - 10/30/10

  • This recipe does not say what size garlic to use. I made it with elephant garlic which is too much so I added more chic peas and it is fine now. It's very tasty. - 12/19/09
