    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)
    *Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 8 tsp (remove)
    *Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can, 1 serving (remove)
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, .25 cup (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Tortilla chips, low fat (baked), 25 grams (remove)

Directions

brown meat in pan over med/high heat.
