Introduction

A lighter way to enjoy chips!! You could also add some flavouring such as paprika or cajun spice! A lighter way to enjoy chips!! You could also add some flavouring such as paprika or cajun spice!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 large potato (or as many as you like)
    Stock cube
    boiling water
    salt
    low calorie spray oil such as fry light

Directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 190 degrees c
2. Boil enough water in a pan to cover the potatoes and add a stock cube.
3. Peel the potato and cut into chip-like strips.
4. when the water is boiling add the potatoes and cook for about 5 mins.
5. Drain the water and give the potatoes a shake.
6. Leave on some kitcken towel to dry for a couple of minutes
7. transfer into an oven dish, spray with fry light and lightly salt.
8. Remove from oven when starting to brown and serve.
