1/2 medium onion, finely chopped 250g Penne 1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup 2 cans Tuna, water drained 2 cups Broccoli florets 1/2 tbsp Olive oil 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Cook penne as directed. Meanwhile sauteed chopped onions and put in tuna when onions are just tender. Cook for about 3 to 5 mins. Remove from fire. When penne is just done, drain and add broccoli and cream of mushroom soup. Cook until broccoli is just tender. You may add a little water to moisten the casserole. Serve top with grated cheddar cheese.
