Ingredients

    2-1/4 lb Beef Roast, Top Round
    14-16 oz Baby Carrots
    3 Medium Potatoes
    1 cup Hot Water
    2 packets Herb Ox Sodium Free Beef Boullion
    1 Tbsp Corn Starch
    1/2 Tsp Salt
    1 Tsp Black Pepper

Directions

Place carrots and potatoes on the bottom of the slow cooker. Place beef roast on top. Sprinkle salt and pepper over roast. Mix beef boullion in hot water until dissolved, then add cornstarch. Mix well. Pour over roast and vegetables. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours. Serves 7.
